Refund Policy – Elite Goalkeeper Institute

1. General Policy

Elite Goalkeeper Institute does not offer refunds for training sessions, camps, or related services. This policy is in place because we must secure field rentals and schedule staff in advance to provide a high-quality experience.

 

2. Future Credit

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session or camp:

• We will issue future credit for use toward another program, provided you notify us at least 7 days] before the event.

• Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

 

3. Exceptions

In rare, one-off situations (such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances), we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion. To request an exception, please contact us at info@elitegoalkeeperinstitute.com.

 

4. Cancellations by Elite Goalkeeper Institute

If we cancel a session or camp due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors:

• We will provide options for rescheduling or issue a full credit toward a future program.​​
