1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Elite Goalkeeper Institute website (“Site”) or registering for any training sessions, camps, or related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals who meet the age and skill requirements specified for each program. Minors must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Registration & Payment

• All registrations must be completed through our official website.

• Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

• We accept [list payment methods: credit card, PayPal, etc.].

• Refund Policy: Due to pre-scheduling field space, No Refunds, Elite Goalkeeper Institute will issue credit towards future trainings. Exceptions "may" apply one a per incident basis.

4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

Participation in goalkeeper training involves inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to our Liability Waiver, Medical Consent, and Photo/Video Release, which must be accepted during registration.

5. Photo & Video Usage

By participating, you grant Elite Goalkeeper Institute permission to use photos and videos taken during sessions for promotional and educational purposes. See full details in our waiver.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, videos, and logos, is the property of Elite Goalkeeper Institute and may not be used without written permission.

7. Behavior & Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior. We reserve the right to remove any participant for misconduct without refund.

8. Changes to Services

We may modify or cancel sessions, camps, or programs due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors. In such cases, we will provide notice and options for rescheduling or credit.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elite Goalkeeper Institute is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation, except as required by law.

10. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for program administration and communication. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Colorado.
